Our Review : 

• Tp-Link wireless USB adapter has good performance with 15 meters range. It gives at least 60-70% signal and good speed. It works well even in high walls restriction and blocks.
• Tp-Link wireless adapter has external antenna with RP-SMA connector so that we can change this antenna with more powerful antenna.
• Tp-Link wireless adapter has USB extender which can be used to change different directions for better signal strengths. This adapter can be set up as WiFi hotspot easily.
• This USB adapter has 4dBi external antenna connected which can be adjust and align to achieve better reception.

Consideration

• Tp-Link wireless USB adapter is little big and feel uncomfortable for small laptops or notebooks (around 12 inches)
• It is stated that it gives you a speed of 150 mbps, in real life conditions the speeds reach a max of 66.3 mbps.

Seagate Backup Plus Slim is a 2.5" SATA-600 interface hard drive in a black plastic enclosure which connects via USB 3.0 cable to any PC or Mac computer.

Seagate Backup Plus Slim weighs 150 grams and is just 12mm thick - about the size of a smart phone. Power for the drive is supplied via the USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port.

This drive is thinnest portable 2TB hard drive in the market and it can be fitting easily into most pockets.

Inside of this drive, there is a 5400RPM, 3-platter hard disk with 32MB of cache. 

The body of Seagate Backup Plus Slim consists of a plastic build with a bright black top cover; the company logo is located on the bottom corner.

Seagate Mobile Backup app for the iOS and Android mobile devices is available free for download, allowing users to back up all of their data to the drive while on the same network as well as to the cloud when on the go.

Seagate steps up to the plate with "a download a complete archive of all your data" button for Facebook and Flickr but Seagate Dashboard limits itself to images and videos for social media backup.

Our Review

The Hard disk is very compact and light weight which makes it fits in ones pocket very easily. The data transfer speed via USB 2.0 is reported around 20-25 MbPs. (Shown in Video too)

The total thickness is not more of 12 mm. It is smaller then a Smart phone (4.5 inch Smartphone). This portable drive is light and slim as a Smart phone. 

The Backup Plus Slim does not require any external power adaptors, all power is supplied via the USB port. 

This drive is responsive and it does not have vibration or heat problem.

Consideration

• Always try to handle Backup Plus Slim with care as Plastic case is not very thick because this drive over all is very slim.
• The USB 3.0 cable could have been a bit longer. It should be 0.75 or 1 metre. This drive has 0.5m USB Cable which is suitable for laptops but not for desktop computer or Smart TVs. 
• This drive has actual usable space is 1.81 TB. (Shown in Video too)
